The trips you can do in Lefkada concern the land as much as the sea! You can choose a day to visit the picturesque villages and admire the traditional beauty of the island. Apart from our own Exanthia, Tsoukalades, Fryni, Karya, Lazarata, Aghios Petros, Athani, Vasiliki, Nydri are only some of the villages that you could visit to discover how the life of the local people is and which their habits and their traditions are.

Certainly you have to go to the waterfalls of Nydri. You can reach up to a certain point by car and then you have to follow a path of 10minutes walking in order to end up to a clearing with waterfalls that you would never imagine being hidden there! If you visit them in a period that they are full of water you can also swim in their clear water and take amazing pictures! In the way of return we would suggest that you stay for a while to the canteen that is located to the beginning of the path and enjoy a refreshing juice or a coffee.

Something that you shouldn’t skip though is a maritime ride that will offer you the chance to meet new, unexplored sides of Lefkada but also to visit the islands that are located all around! The ride usually includes a stop for swimming in magnificent beaches like Egremnoi or Porto Katsiki and a guided tour to islands that surround Lefkada, like Prigiponisia: Meganisi, Scorpios of Onassis, Skorpidi, Madouri… Some different routes visit also Kefalonia and Ithaka for swimming and lunch. We could say that one of the most impressive stops that cause awe is the visit of Papanikoli cave in Meganisi in the end of the route.
